Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: Free or flat-rate shipping via Australia Post or Star Track, with parcel tracking included so you can monitor your delivery.

Express Shipping: Available for an additional cost for faster delivery.

Click & Collect: You are welcome to pick up your order directly from our store. See the Click & Collect section below for details.

All orders are handled with care to ensure your items reach you in excellent condition.

Order Processing Times

Orders received before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day dispatch.

You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Mondays and Fridays may experience higher order volumes. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders early on these days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Bulky or Heavy Items

Large or heavy products are shipped via road freight to ensure safe delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on size and destination.

Click & Collect

If you choose to collect your order in-store, please wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.

Collecting your order after receiving confirmation ensures a smooth and efficient pickup experience.
