Dead-on-Arrival & Incorrect Items

If a product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) or not functioning within 30 days of receipt, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us immediately so we can correct it.

Submitting a Claim

All warranty or non-warranty claims must include a copy of your original purchase invoice.

Warranty returns cannot be processed without an original tax invoice, so please keep your receipt safe.

Preparing Your Return

Return all components in their original packaging whenever possible.

Ensure the product is securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit, as damage caused by improper packaging may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Inspection & Resolution

All returned goods must be received and inspected by Access 12 Volt before a decision is made regarding a refund, replacement, or repair.
