Australia-wide delivery
Free standard delivery is available on eligible orders of $20 or more within Australia. Eligible orders under $20 are charged $9.95 for standard delivery. This offer applies to products in our general shipping profile only.
Important exclusions
eBikes, large solar panels, pallet freight and selected heavy or restricted products use product-specific delivery rates and are not covered by the free-delivery offer. Some AGM battery products are available for collection only. The delivery methods and exact cost available for your order are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Mixed carts can combine delivery charges from more than one shipping profile.
Current product-specific rates
- Boxed eBike: $49.95 within Western Australia or $99.95 outside Western Australia.
- Pre-built eBike: $49.95 delivery within the Perth metro area only.
- Large solar panels: $49 delivery outside Western Australia.
- Selected pallet-freight products: $495 outside Western Australia.
Express delivery
Express delivery is $15.95 for eligible general-profile products. Weight limits and destination availability may apply; checkout will show whether express delivery is available for your order.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday are eligible for same-business-day dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Higher order volumes can delay dispatch, and bulky freight may take longer.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from 2/40 Collingwood Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email before travelling to the store.
