Returns Policy

  • All warranty/non-warranty claims must have a copy of the purchase invoice attached. Warranty returns will not be processed without an original tax invoice. We don't accept returns for non-faulty items.
  • Please return all components in their original packaging. Please ensure that your unit is packaged safely to minimise physical damage in transit which may not be covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Goods must be received and inspected by Vistavision Pty Ltd before a decision is made to replace or return the goods if no fault is found with the product(s). Freight/postage for goods returned to us to be paid be sender. Units returned without fault may incur a $25 service fee.
  • Purchases above $100 will be refunded back to the nominated bank account. Please note, processing of the refund could take from 2-5 business days. No cash refunds. A 25% restocking fee will apply and a store credit issued.
  • We do not accept liability for goods which became defective due to environmental dust, weather, power surges, telecommunications outages or other external influences including goods lost or damaged in trasnportation. We recommend optional insurance be taken out on items being posted.
